EscapeExpress is a puzzle-based detective game built in just 48 hours for the Mistral AI Game Jam. Inspired by Inception and The Polar Express, you’ll board a mysterious train where each wagon is locked by a secret code. Instead of typing in passcodes yourself, you’ll chat with AI-driven NPCs to gather clues and feed them to a temperamental detective, who may not always appreciate the pressure you put on her!

We’ve made the entire game fully modular by storing all wagons, characters, and passcodes in a single JSON file, paving the way for community-created levels. If you enjoy narrative-rich puzzles with a unique AI twist, hop on board and see if you can outsmart our detective!
